I do not offer packages or preset plans. Every client gets a program designed around their specific goals, schedule, equipment, and fitness level. Below are the areas I specialize in. Most clients benefit from a combination of these, and your program will reflect exactly what you need.
One-on-one training with real-time form correction and personalized programming. Available in-person in North Scottsdale or via live video sessions.

Partner training sessions are available for couples and friends in the North Scottsdale area. Each person gets their own program, but you train in the same session for shared motivation and accountability.
This is not a group fitness class. It is individualized coaching delivered in a shared environment.
Not everyone wants to train at a commercial gym. If you have a home gym, an apartment fitness center, or prefer outdoor training, I come to you. Mobile training is available throughout the North Scottsdale and Greater Phoenix area.
