The coach behind Xelik. Why I do this and how I got here.

I started Xelik because I saw too many people wasting time on complicated programs that do not fit their life. Programs designed for someone with unlimited time, a fully equipped gym, and no real responsibilities. That is not most people. That is not the people I work with.
I built my coaching around one principle: effective results that are insanely simple. Three areas of focus that help you achieve your goal. That is it. No twelve-week overhauls. No lifestyle transformations that require you to become a different person. Just smart training, smart nutrition, and real accountability from a coach who is paying attention.
I am based in North Scottsdale, Arizona, and I coach clients locally and online across the country. Most of my clients are busy professionals and couples who want results without the complexity that makes most fitness plans fail.
The best program is the one you actually follow. I keep everything focused on three areas because complexity is the enemy of consistency. If a plan requires you to overhaul your entire life, it is not a good plan.
I do not build programs based on where I think you should be. I build them based on where you actually are. Your equipment, your schedule, your fitness level, your lifestyle. Everything starts from reality, not an ideal.
My goal is to make you independent. I teach you why your program works, how your nutrition affects your body, and what the principles behind the plan are. When coaching ends, you should be able to manage your own fitness for life.
Quick fixes and crash programs produce temporary results. I am interested in building habits and knowledge that keep you strong and healthy for decades, not just for a before-and-after photo.

I keep my client roster intentionally small. Every person I work with gets my direct attention, my personal responses, and a program I build and adjust by hand. I do not outsource coaching and I do not automate check-ins.
I believe in taking care of the body you have been given. Fitness is not just about aesthetics. It is about being capable, energetic, and present for the people who depend on you. Whether that is your spouse, your kids, your team, or your community.
I publish free resources on nutrition, training, and lifestyle optimization through my guides and my Substack because I believe everyone deserves access to good information, not just people who can afford coaching.
