I take a different approach. Every client gets a custom strength program, a nutrition plan based on how they actually eat, and weekly check-ins that keep everything moving forward. Whether you train with me in person in North Scottsdale or virtually from anywhere in the Phoenix metro, the system works because it is built around your life, not a template.
No templates. No recycled plans. I assess where you are right now, what equipment you have access to, and what your schedule allows. Then I build a program that fits all of it. When something changes, your program changes with it.
I coach macro-based nutrition that works with the way you actually eat. You can still go out to dinner, grab fast food on a busy day, and enjoy your weekends. The goal is a nutrition system you can sustain for years, not a diet you white-knuckle through for eight weeks.
Weekly check-ins are where the coaching happens. We review your training performance, adjust your nutrition, talk through what is working and what is not, and make sure you are progressing. This is not a set-it-and-forget-it program. You have a coach who is paying attention.
