Every week, we connect for a check-in. We review your training numbers, adjust your nutrition, talk through any challenges, and plan the week ahead. This is where the real coaching happens. Your program evolves every week based on your progress.

Most programs are designed for 45 to 60 minutes, three to five days per week. Your schedule determines the structure, not the other way around.
