Train Together, Transform Together
Two people. Two programs. One coach who manages both.

Training as a couple is one of the best decisions you can make for your health and your relationship. But most trainers do not know how to handle two people with different bodies, different goals, and different fitness levels. They either give you both the same workout or train you completely separately.
I do it differently. Each partner gets a fully customized training program and nutrition plan. You train together, check in together, and stay accountable together, but your programs are designed individually. That means the plan works for both of you, not just the one who happens to be more experienced.
I assess each partner separately. Your goals, your fitness level, your training history, and your schedule all get factored in. One of you might be focused on fat loss while the other wants to build strength. One might train five days a week while the other can commit to three. The programs account for all of it.
You each receive your own training program with exercises, sets, reps, and progressions designed specifically for you. If you train at the same time, I structure the sessions so you can share space and equipment without one of you waiting around.
Your macro targets and nutrition approach are based on your individual body and goals. I coach both partners on how food works so you are building a healthier kitchen, not just following separate meal plans.
Your weekly check-in happens together. I review each partner's progress, make adjustments to both programs, and keep the accountability strong. Training together creates a level of built-in motivation that solo coaching cannot match.
When both of you are committed, skipping a workout or ignoring your nutrition becomes harder. You hold each other accountable in the moments a coach cannot, and that consistency is what drives results.
Nutrition is easier when both people in the household are on the same page. When you are both eating with purpose, the temptation to order pizza at 10 PM drops significantly. The habits compound faster because the environment supports both of you.
Couples who train together consistently report feeling closer, more connected, and more supportive of each other. Working toward a shared goal, even with individual programs, builds a sense of partnership that carries over into every part of your relationship.
Two people. One coaching relationship. Couples training is more affordable per person than individual coaching because you share check-in time and I manage both programs as a coordinated unit.
